Another end of May brings with it another Memorial Day. Remember those who have given so much for the United States, up to and including their lives. Say a prayer, have silent thoughts, and honor all of the men and women who have protected and still protect you and our country._____________________________
Remember also to eat wisely when you BBQ. Sure, have the franks and ribs, but throw some veggies on the grill, too. YUM! Get out and enjoy this great time of year. Play some whiffle ball, break out the frisbee; did someone say tennis?
